The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) will work directly with the Lead Generation and Sales Team and will not only “manage” the team, but rather will assist both teams with accurate analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, training, and pushing them to their peaks. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work under and towards a deadline.

Job Duties

  • Work directly with Sales Reps to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results.
  • Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales and lead organization to solve and improve these pain points.
  • Pro-actively identify issues and solutions to make business flow better for the sales and leads teams. Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics.
  • Work with internal front and back office departments throughout each selling quarter to resolve open items and close deals ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure
  • Share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization


  • At least 1 year of B2B sales and/or digital advertising sales experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Finance or other analytical role
  • Exceptional sales "Hunter" skills
  • Experience selling advertising space online
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • History of meeting and/or exceeding 6 figure quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in Excel, Word.
  • Experience with a CRM desired (we will train you if not)
  • Must have a ‘can do’ attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency
  • Ambitious, competitive
  • Bachelor’s Degree desired
