Job Description

We are an Information Technology services firm searching for an Recruiting and Administrative Assistant who is experienced in Microsoft Office.

In this position your work will include Word processing, online recruiting of resources, assisting sales with proposals, some office administration, some book keeping and more.

The desired qualifications include:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong ability to proof documents
  • Experienced with the use of social media
  • Good mannerism to answer phones
  • Be very reliable and detailed oriented in following up on outstanding tasks
  • Self starter attitude

Any bookkeeping experience is an asset, but not mandatory.

As a benefit, you would have the use of a fitness facility in our office building and the use of mobile phone.
